Shipping Information

Domestic USA orders (less than 70 lbs.):

Orders up to $249.99 and will be charged a flat fee of $15.00 per order. Orders of $250.00 or more will ship for free. In both cases, a national shipping company such as FedEx, UPS, or USPS will be used. The choice of carrier is at the discretion of the seller.

Domestic USA orders (greater than 70 lbs.):

Orders greater than 70 lbs. will require the use of a Less than Truckload (LTL) carrier. Shipping charges are dependent on several factors such as weight, dimensions, density, and mileage to be traveled. This site currently does not have the functionality to provide LTL pricing at order time. Therefore, if an order requires LTL shipping, a Jealco representative will review your order and contact you to discuss your options.

International Shipments

All International shipments are shipped as Incoterm DAP. Duties and taxes levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the receiver. The carrier may also include other fees such as customs brokerage services. These additional fees are the responsibility of the recipient. In most cases, these charges are collected by the carrier at the time of delivery. If you wish to have your order shipped via a different Incoterm, please contact us at sales@jealco.com.

LTL Shipments

Orders shipping on a pallet and including free LTL shipping will be shipped to your address within the contiguous (lower 48) states using Jealco's choice of carrier. This offer is not valid for AK and HI. International orders qualify as long as the goods are shipped to a location within the contiguous states. Pricing is based on shipping the order to another business with a loading dock (or means to unload the order from the trailer). There are certain facilities that may have a dock, but due to their nature, the trucking companies will charge an accessorial fee due to the extra work involved in the delivery. Please be sure to select the appropriate delivery location when placing your order. Please note that if you select the "Business with loading dock option" and the trucking company decides the location is something else, we may request an additional payment to cover the accessorial charge levied by the trucking company. If the trucking company attempts delivery and for some reason is unable to complete the delivery, you may be assessed a re-delivery fee.

Payments

We accept payment via credit card through PayPal and SquareUp. If you would like to use a different form of payment such as wire transfer or business check, please contact us at sales@jealco.com to discuss.
