Before returning any item, including those made under warranty, Buyer must contact Seller at 770-998-2124 or sales@jealco.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization and shipping information/instructions. Returned items will not be accepted if they are clearly misused, abused, or altered in any way and must include original packaging. Please see below for more specific information about standard versus special order buckets and mounting hardware:
(a) Standard buckets and mounting hardware:
Standard elevator buckets and mounting hardware that have not been used and are returned in resalable condition with original packaging may be returned within thirty (30) days from the date of shipment. If the returned item is exchanged for an item of equal or greater value, full credit of the purchase price of the return item is given against the price of the replacement item. Items returned for a refund are subject to a fifteen percent (15%) restocking fee at our absolute and sole discretion. Shipping charges and other fees will not be refunded.
Standard elevator buckets and mounting hardware may not be returned after thirty (30) days from the date of shipment. Products purchased must be returned to Jealco and may not be returned directly to Maxi-Lift, Inc.
(b) Special order elevator buckets and mounting hardware:
Special order elevator buckets and mounting hardware are nonreturnable (except as otherwise covered by the warranty against manufacturing defects). Special order elevator buckets include but are not limited to custom-drilled mounting holes, custom-drilled venting holes, and most low-profile elevator buckets. Any product listings for special order elevator buckets or mounting hardware will be labeled as "Special Order".

Before returning any item, including those made under warranty, Buyer must contact Seller at 770-998-2124 or sales@jealco.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization and shipping information/instructions. Returned items will not be accepted if they are clearly misused, abused, or altered in any way and must include original packaging.
Returned units will go through a quality control process at Reuland to determine viability of returning item back into stock. If the returned item passes quality control, a 35% restocking fee applies. If the returned item does not pass quality control inspection, customer will be notified and given the opportunity to retrieve them back from the factory or to abandon them.
Special order / custom items are not returnable.
