Product Details
The IRROMETER 236 is the white-tip Standard (SR) tensiometer, 36 in. long, read by eye on a 0–100 cb (kPa) vacuum gauge. It measures soil water tension directly — the effort a root has to make to pull water from the soil — so it needs no site calibration and is not affected by salinity. SR is the general-purpose model for row, tree and field crops.
